The time is nigh!
On the eve of my panel discussion at Comic Con Africa 2025 (see all details here ), I wanted to share the presentation I’ll be using as to springboard for my immersive 30 minutes with you through the art of conversation, and how to apply it to your content creation. It is much more important to connect with an online consumer, than just to force-feed them a diluted experience of your brand.

Topic Description: “In 2025, EVERYONE is a content creator. Only about 7% of those are good content creators. The art of conversation is lost, for many reasons, primarily because the world wants to be heard but does not want to listen. As a veteran broadcaster, I have learnt every aspect of being able to conduct, sustain, and add value to conversation and communication with literally anyone. I want to be able to share a revisit to how a creator, digital or otherwise, should approach meaningful interactions with the world around them, pursue niche angles, and curate curiosity from a bird’s eye view of the ecosystem you live in – to create brand content that will live longer than 90 seconds in a consumer’s life.”
Here is a quick reel of mine, crossing over to geek influencer and digital creator Caleb Janssens (https://www.instagram.com/calebjanssens/), attening the con, to illustrate how planned, procured, and presented connection can be achieved – through purposeful conversation.
It doesn’t have to blow a consumer’s mind. It just has to be good.
